These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Tennis Academy Limassol website and services. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Court Bookings

3.1 Booking Process

Court bookings can be made through our website. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time are not eligible for refunds.

3.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time without prior notice, your booking may be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We accept payment through the payment methods displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

5. User Conduct

When using our facilities, you agree to:

• Wear appropriate tennis attire and footwear
• Respect other players and Academy staff
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Not bring food or drinks (except water) onto the courts
• Leave the court on time for the next booking
• Report any damage or issues to staff immediately

6. Liability

The Academy is not liable for:

• Personal injuries sustained during use of facilities, except where caused by our negligence
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Indirect or consequential losses

Users participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of The Tennis Academy Limassol and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
