How it works
Everything you need to know about credits and bookings.
Earning Credits
- • Earn 0.5 credits per 30 minutes booked (60 min = 1.0 · 90 min = 1.5 · 120 min = 2.0)
- • Only paid bookings earn credits; credit-covered portions do not
- • 1 credit = €1 of value, spendable anywhere on the site
- • Wallet cap: 100 credits — spend some before earning more
- • Cancelled bookings refund any credits you spent on them
Booking Policies
- • Courts can be booked 6/7/8/10 days in advance for No Badge / Bronze / Silver / Gold
- • Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time
- • Cancellations within 24 hours are not available online — please contact us directly
